On the road again!!

Yes, zeros must add up to something. Those wheels are too cool for words and I am glad they are finally getting to dealers. It is the only lightweight set out there with a six pawl driver and all the other hub/rim advances all at once. There is supposed to be an all mountain set with a thru-axle front and wider rims but sadly only in ugly orange/brown.
It's a pity that they are now obsolete for the new axle from Shimano and fox, unless of course crank bros can make changes to a production run initiated eight months ago or so. |

The color is kinda 90's Ringle'esh however, I am down for anything that can replace my Mavic wheels at this point. (Hubs are pretty delicate.) Doesn't really seem to be a bullet proof option (XC race) that I am aware of beside Kings and they are damn expensive.
An suggestions? Cheers, C.K.

Once they are mounted up & on the bike they will look pretty sick i bet. If they whip up some 29's in blue I may have to order up. I dig everything Carl & Frank (CRANK) put out. You know that Frank used to design Lego?

i love the look and the color, but lets be honest, How do you think those would true up? Like mentioned, you would have to be a light rider(like me) or be super smooth to ride those. and with the spokes so far apart, it would make truing them perfectly straight almost impossible after you hit soemthing hard enough, where another rim would true back out.
With that said, im light enough, that i can, "test ride" them for you for a few weeks to make sure they hold up ![]() ![]()
