MOUNTAIN BIKE DOCENTS

We are in the process of finalizing the Mountain Bike Docent program for the Irvine Ranch Land Reserve Trust.

Since the area currently is accessed through Docent led mountain bike tours; we are looking for interested individuals who would like to become a part of our Docent Program to lead and/or assist with our Mountain Bike access programs.

In that spirit, we will be hosting a meeting to kick-off the Irvine Ranch Land Reserve Trust Mountain Bike Docent Program and will begin the application and enrollment process for interested individuals.


Date: Saturday, December 10, 2005

Time: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Where: Bommer Canyon Cattle Camp Staging Area (at the end of
Bommer Canyon Road off of Shady Canyon Road)


We will start the meeting at 9:00 AM and will explain the nature of the Docent program and the opportunities/benefits of the program to the attendees.

There will also be ample time for Q & A; and all information packets, applications, and certification guidelines will be handed out that morning to interested participants.

Note: There will not be a ride that morning, but refreshments will be on hand for the participants.

So who is all comming to the meeting?? I'm gona check it out and I think Steve(dukethenuke) and Lance(telexpomis) are going.

We were thinking of riding after so bring your bikes. We might just stay in the area and ride El Moro/LCWP or head to Whiting/Luge.
