Default Arizona trails

I'm in Prescott the 28th - 30th of this month. Does anyone know of good trails in the prescott area? I'm looking to do about a 2-3 hour ride on Saturday.

If steppie isn't a round, a good friend and relocated OTB'er lives there and rides pretty regularly. PM me your contact info, and I'll pass it on. Shawn is his name, and the Bionicon rep for Az also lives in Prescott and works for the city as the trail coordinator... he knows his way around prescott!

I emailed him your info, and got an autoresponder that he's out of town until Monday...

When we were there we rode granite basin. thumb butte, and a couple of other trails. There's some good riding to be found and I've only scratched the surface in the area, so to speak.

Default 307

Check out Trail 307 just out of town (East?)
A good long, but do-able climb up to a Fire Tower with killer views, followed by a super fun descent that never seems to end.

Also be sure to check out Prescott Coffee Roasters for breakfast. Try the eggs.

307 is one of the trails we talked about. Todd's plan was to ride 347 from Williamson Valley Trailhead, drop into Mint Wash and climb up to Granite Lake. Then loop back on Trail 347. The downhill on 347 has some great waterbars, problem is that it is so much fun you can launch yourself right off the trail.
