Hahaha...I got the pic from the Sportsmobile site cause I didn't have a camera. But yeah, this car showed up at around 7. I drove by it to see what was going on and I saw Lopes standing around (I THINK it was him) and waved.

Ted with Chumba also has one of the Lopes 55s and shows up at the Loop sometimes with it.

Oh, maybe it was him then! Not very good at recognizing MTB celebrities. Except Paris Hilton, of course.

That van has been there on Thursdays for the past month or two. Not sure if Lopes himself comes with it though.

Why do they have to keep showing her on my bike???? I get enough guff over my purple bike....now people call me saying omg paris has your bike!!!

I'm jealous over the reflector on the handlebars....thats sweet(hot).

AND....thats an ERA I believe...not a Stumpjumper

I'm really happy to hear about this. It's rare for anyone who is considered a celebrity to make local showings for a ride. It certainly shows character and class on Lope's part.

That's true. They might not have road with the STR crowd but they are not afraid to hit local trails with the rest either.
