oh, i didn't mean it that way... hahaha... if i find my self huffing and puffing... i would feel bad... i would love any input also! i want to suck up info like a sponge!

Yeah I always push my bike up that one with the steps. That's my advice--either keep pedaling or walk. Either way, you end up in the same place.

you know, actually i noticed, i can walk up faster then bike up in a granny gear! hahahahahaha... not sure if that is just me...

I can't get there until about 6:45, and ready to roll in a few minutes (the group usually leaves right as I'm getting there). I'll be breaking in my new SS tomorrow night. WOOHOO!!!

michael? i won't be able to bike for a couple of weeks since i have finals next week. also, i was trying to be cool and huck off a truck loading dock and landed badly so my shins got cut by my pedals so i'm out.
