Oops. Sorry Sniffer

Too bad the BB height was so high that my COG was too high and made singletrack trails feel sketchy...

I gave up on the bike in 2004 when I had a SS built up from a used Specialized hardtail which fit me better than the Intense and that's when I realized how badly the Intense was designed for XC riding. My old Proflex handled better.

My Pistachio coloured Giant Trance is the best full sus I've owned, and was lots cheaper than the Intense! --the Intense is up for sale BTW...size SM.
i loved my tracer and i'm still not sure why i sold it... i do agree with you tho, the BB height was way too high at 14" for a 4" bike

Yep i still have it... I got it march '06, rode it 100 miles the next day in my school bike marathon, then to and from school the rest of the year.. started doing real mountain biking on it december '06, started jumping and downhilling with it, then snepped the lower internals of the fork (and rode it for another months before realizing, OK, this fork is just not working right anymore.)
Got a donation from my grandpa, got the Vanilla 32 RLC, and then december '07, did a nosewheelie down my driveway and blew my rear shock somehow. Now i just have the coil tightened as much as i could. Other than that its a decent bike. A good all mountain bike i'd say
