rode elrpieto today, first time eating it well. went over the handle bars and all. i think i almost fell maybe 10 times, i suck but crap was that fun \/

I rode El Prieto today for the first time. I only dabbed once at the left hand switch back with the step down.

Nice 4 foot drop off on that trail. Wish there were one of those on every trail.

Flipping poison oak was red and every where.

yea i sitll dont know what poison oak looks like in person, i jsut dodged every plant i could. so far looks like im okay :-). yea ive never ridden a tech trail before so some parts had me put my foot down to not land on my face in rocks. it was fun though, need to practice more, my balance sucks

poison oak is alittle easier to spot this time of year because it has bright red leaves. Leaves of 3 let them be.

at the speed i was going i couldnt tell if there were 3 leaves or 10.. just tried to avoid them all, especially the overhanging cactus.. being 6'4 i didnt want to smash my face into it.

Here's a picture of Poison oak for those that aren't sure. The leaves do turn red in fall, though. I took this near Mt Wilson, but El Prieto was really bad this year.

damn, i dunno everything looks the same to me when im riding. i rode el prieto again today, BUT i didnt eat it this time.. HA! take that mother nature. fun times. even thuogh my gf didnt want to go up the trail .. she got tired on the entrance to the trail
