Default I Have Azonic Outlaws

And I like them. They're on a Transition Preston FR and have seen travels through countless rock gardens, Moab, Fruita, etc. I also frequently drop them on 3'-5' drops and they've held up, with the occasional truing.

Here's a word to the wise, though. I am 99.5% certain that the Loco sold by Performance Bicycle is the exact same wheel/hub. I've asked 3 separate locations and they couldn't confirm, but upon comparing the Outlaws to the Locos, said I was probably right.

I own a pair of Locos (on a HT FR) and they look/perform exactly the same and cost ~$60 less. Additionally, Azonic customer service is a pain the a$$. Performance, however, has local store fronts.

Hope this helps.

I've rocked Outlaws on Yeti for 3 years. They have seen about 15 days at Mammoth, at least 20 trips down Mt. Wilson.

I've broken about 10 spokes on the rear wheel over various trips to Mammoth. The rims are still dent free and stay true very long.

For the price you can't go wrong.

We (the path) sell them. The white is pretty awesome lookin'. It's a solid wheel set - strong. It's just not the lightest thing on earth, but for that price they are great. We sell them for $276 but can price match.

They are strong and fairly cheap. A great buy for the money.

Outlaws are a great set of wheels. Been using Outlaws for years, got them on the DH and my XC\AM rig. Yeah their kind of heavy but most of the weight comes from the hubs, so it's not that bad, would be worse if it were the rims. The rims are comparable in weight to the Sun Singletrack.

I have the performance version of these wheels and they rock. you can get them really cheap from performance. I got both front and rear wheel sets for 140. but look around.
