You have to try the Zicam...on Saturday, I started to get that crappy itch/pain in the back of my throat saying a cold was coming on. I used the Zicam Sunday (along with echinacea) and so far, I've had the slightest touch of a cold but it's pretty much gone now.

Do you guys know what time I should be getting to the bottom of holy jim if I want to catch you guys there?

Um, 7 hours after the start!

Hopefully a bit sooner than that.

p.s. I should be moving pretty slow so it won't be very hard to catch me

I've got 325 in for the CC! I might also be noticeable because I will either be...

1) flying out of control downhill yelling, "I can't stop!!"

2) wearing my clown jersey...I mean...king of the mountain jersey.
