iunno if it works out of the water, but spitting in your goggles and swishing it around helps for things like snorkeling. there are commercial defogging things you can put on, but i've never used them

When I snowboard, I never take my goggles off when I'm outside. I don't even rest them on my forehead. The change in temperature always makes them fog instantly. I think the same would be true for riding, don't take them off or wear them around your neck(between runs) when its cold out.

The other thing, some goggles just suck.

If you have Oakley's with iridium lenses, be very careful when wiping the inside with anything, even water. The coating is delicate and you will have permanent smear marks on your lense.

Keep em dry and keep wind flowing through them.
Double paned goggles help a lot too.
Also might want to try some anti-fog spray or gel.
