Haha I've actually done that before. Broke the bar right at the stem, so I jammed a stick in there and shoved the broken end back on. Coming down San Juan with half a bar is not fun.

Just think.. Most high end frames are made from the same stuff. I can't wait to see what happens to them in 3-5 years of UV, moisture and dirt exposure When will MTBers realize that there is a difference between strength and durability? |
