Default There's nothing like it...

There really is nothing like riding a bike. For me it's my escape from work, bills, troubles, stress, etc... Let's me hangout with good friends, meet new people, keep healthy and stay motivated. I was feeling pretty down and out earlier today and decided to head for the pedals. 15 miles later I am good as new. I am sure we all share this same sort of feeling about riding, I just thought I would share how it changed my life for today.

Just ride!

Thanks for sharing with us Jordan. I have had many of those restorative rides myself. Sometimes the best therapy around is a solo ride.

Yepp Biking is simply great. I love how each ride is very unique and different.

This is past weekend I rode a century on the road bike. The next day I was padded up having fun at South Mountain on the mtn bike. Awesome!

TRUE THAT! I was really looking forward to riding at Jeff's (jfish) house after work, but it has been raining. Kinda' bummed--The good news is I have beer at the house from the Kern River Brewery....

Granted there is nothing like a nice long ride on the weekends, but I have a little half paved / half dirt mile loop that I use during my lunch breaks. A quick paced 35 to 40 minutes gets me through the second half of the workday.
