To all my fellow STR members:
I just wanted to take this time to personally apologize to everyone who wanted to test ride a CHUMBA at the Adrenaline demo day. In hindsight, I should have definitely planned it out better - and I would like to make it up to everyone who was disappointed. Just e-mail me at alan@chumbaracing.com. or call 1-800-706-0760, and I'll organize a group ride with a CHUMBA demo bike of your choice. We have a whole bunch of XCLs and EVOs, but a little low on the F5s - so give me some time to work on the F5s for demos. Cheers! |

Thanks for understanding, we'll do our best to make many more opportunities available for demo - I know you demo'ed a XCL last time and seemed to like it. Hopefully it will be sooner than later that we will have more events. And, if you don't mind waiting for an office junkie on the climb - hit me up for some riding. Thanks, we appreciate the kind words. |

I did, but it doesn't phase me, I've known Bret for years, he knows I won't give up until he gets on a CHUMBA. Same with George. Same with the whole world. I love these bikes. I came pretty close to convincing George to get an EVO a few months back, ha.

I saw this ad in OC Craigslist for a rare Chumba Evo. Someone might be interested.

It can be seen in full detail on the Chumba Website: http://www.chumbaracing.com/evo.shtml This bike was built at my dealer cost of over $7000.00 We built it to be the best looking/performing FreeRide bike ever. It has been in Mountain Bike Action magazine, the website, the catalogue and numerous other mailings. Its time to sell it as it has served its marketing purpose for us. Call me for complete build. That is really disappointing you weren't able to show up, it really seems to put a bad lite on chumba in my mind and if i were buying a bike today I would have serious reservations about buying a bike from a company that can not figure out how to schedule a trailer and a couple hours to do some bike demos.
