I was just going to Jax's bike home page to get the phone number and saw this. Not sure if anyone is interested but its worth posting.

MEET & AND RIDE WITH LEGENDARY GARY FISHER Gary will be at our Fullerton Jax Friday, March 7, 2008 @ 7:00pm for a Q/A & party Saturday Morning, 8:00am join Gary for a fun ride through Carbon Canyon

Sweet. Do I have to wear goofy glasses, a loud shirt, and a nasty hat to ride with him?

No, but it helps keep him "centered". Just aim for the target kinda thing.

I loved my Level Betty for 9 years. If I could've gotten the shock rebuilt just one more time, I would probably still be riding it today. Gary is a genius, or at least a mad scientist. I would love to meet him face to face and hear him talk about the early days and through the Trek transition.
