What size CO2 tank was it? Was it the ones you use to pump up a tire or a paintball size tank?

It was last weekend I think, and it most likely the small ones used to fill tubes.

Innovations safety info says to keep them out of direct sunlight and temperatures above 120 F. Guess they weren't kidding.

Thats my pathfinder, it was a innovations big air. It was yesterday, not that hot but directly in the sun. I found the top of the cannister but not the rest of the body, its still descending from the stratosphere.

Those 12 and 16 gram and cylinders don't have burst disks like the refillable bottles. If those blow, it just vents the gas out of the valve. Unless someone improperly installs a higher pressure disk than the cylinder is tested for.

Was the cannister welded/sealed or already tapped for a valve connection?

I shot one of those co2 containers across the garage today, I though it was empty so I unscrewed the holder and it shot into the workbench.

One time when I was putting a CO2 cartridge into a BB gun, I screwed it in and was about to close the little door on the gun, but I guess it didn't seat in properly and it shot out and hit me in the face. It hurt a bit, but the funny thing is, it didn't even leave a bruise.

I have seen paintball canisters leave some pretty wicked holes in cars back when I used to play.....people forget how fast the interior of a car can heat up, it is like a mobile microwave.

And no that does not mean we should start leaving frozen burritos in the back of our cars while we ride.

Aw, common! Why not? That would both tasty and time saving.

Seriously, thanks for the heads up. I had no idea that it was even possible for that to happen.

We both know if we tried the burrito would explode like a co2 canister......and an exploded burrito looks more like a bowel problem.....I am not even going there.

What if the burrito was defrosted first?
