On the trail at night, tail light blinky or no blinky?

I run with Blinky too, but I never knew if it ticks people off...

For night ride on a trail, blinky is "very distracting". I haven't ridden any trails at night in a very long time but blinkly lights bug the crap outta me.

For the STREET, with cars, blinky for sure.

+1 for non-blinky. Its good for street riding where you have to make yourself more visible, but on a trail in pitch blackness a solid light should be fine for anyone to see you (unless they're running ungodly 4000 lumen setups or something)
