Default I want a STR jersey that looks like this.

This would be cool.
What do you think?
Would you be in to this if George made them?

Maybe Red where the dark gray is and white where the light gray is.

White is hard to keep clean though.

Oh no, not again. We tried already Jason.

STR Road Jersey?

I think it was determined that it didn't fit with the STR brand image.

Maybe in a DH Jersey. Colors are good. I think that it will stand out better.
Black White red and Gray are all safety colors.

Yellow is a risky color many don't like. It would stand out though.

I like it but maybe change the Red to Pantone 6f5048
and in DH Jersey

I think I have seen more bBack,Gray and Red bikes on here than any other colors.
Yes I say this and I have an orange bike.
I have a 2 red bikes a 1 black bike 1 gray bike 1 orange bike 1 white bike 1 pink bike.
I was thinking that design and color scheme was versatile.

With more and more of us racing its bound to get STR some recognition.
Maybe even some magazine attention maybe even some paid sponsors for advertisement on the jerseys.

I dig the new color scheme Guero and Godfather already came up with for the new jersey. Definitely more distinctive than yet another red/gray or red/white offering.

Still scratching my head at that one. All the mtb'rs I ride with use regular cycling jerseys. What's the dif between a road jersey and a mtb (zippered/pocketed) jersey? Never heard anyone call a jersey either road or mtb before. Are we talking about different cuts?

I believe it was the colors, actually. Maybe something about red being bright and therefore not a mtb color?

Define "regular cycling jersey"?????

Road jerseys are for really skinny guys with no body fat and XC racers!!! They typically have a zipper in the front and 3 pockets on the back (cause they don't wear hydration packs). Oh, and they have elastic on the bottom so there's no wind resistance!!! And yes, guys with big guts wear them but shouldn't.

MTB jerseys are usually loose fitting and sometimes might have a zipper (so you can show your chest hairs) and possibly a one zipper pocket in the back (I never put anything in mine).

Nah, I don't buy it. Most mtb'rs still wear the standard cycling jersey. I'd call what your describing as a 'casual' cycling jersey as seen on your local beach bike path.

My local beach bike path has people riding in trunks and bikinis.

Whose "Standards" might you be referring to????

And that's why I don't wear tight fitting jerseys with elastic wastebands and arm bands. And ones with back pockets are lame for mountain bikers who wear hydration packs.

I'm not so sure about colors. I try to color cooridnate - and no, I'm not gay...not that there's anything wrong wtih that.

For example, I generally wear all black when riding my black singlespeed. I wear black, white, grays, and some blues when riding my AM and DH bikes and I replace blue with red on my 4X bike. I guess what I'm saying is that you can't go wrong with black, white, and gray.

Remember the crap brown Fox 36? It's a good thing that Fox wised up and dropped the brown. My opinion is to not have any brown on a jersey...unless it's tweed with elbow patches.

You have one of these "road jerseys" I've seen you wear it for DH!!! Nice try!

You guys are lucky if my socks match!!
