It's hard to say. They're all kind of junk. This ad has been posted many times on CL, using the same or similar photos.

My father's wife collects many old, discarded junk bikes that she gets for free or next to nothing. Fortunately, she's able to sell them at garage sales or supplies them to people who can't afford to buy bikes to commute on. But if she got to the point where she collects them faster than she could get rid of them, I could see my dad's back yard looking like this.

It's gotta be a typo for $300. Probably $3,000.
Not even a thief would be dumb enough to sell that bike for $300. Also, if it were a thief, I doubt he would would have listed the component specs like that.
