Curious: What do you not like about it? High bottom bracket (i.e 14.5")? Travel? Weight? I saw many racers in Fontana riding YAKUZA'S (Kumicho model). Saw plenty in Mammoth as well! As far as I am concerned, if you like single pivot bikes- there is no bigger bargain on the planet!

With that said, what size bike/frame were you looking to buy? Max price? Travel?

the 7points can be had for a great price. And I've seen a feew people DH them. For the price of a used 7point you wouldnt be able to find a DH bike thats better in my opinion. OR you can just save up a little more and be patient then buy a DH bike you want. Perhaps a Sunday, Giant Glory, Yeti ASX, and a few other can be found at a fair price if you look around enough. Not so much the Sunday though..haha

i love the bike, but its the forks im not feeling to much. and i want to upgrade them to some triple crown prferably with 200mm travel, but any for like that is in the thousands so i would rather get an alright dh bike. and besides i dont even think those kind of forks would fit my bike

This fork would kick A$SH on your bike http://wheelworld.com/itemdetails.cf...gId=39&id=4962

Don't recommend triple crowns on that bike. May throw off geometry. Found a 170mm that may work. Marzocchi's run tall though... http://wheelworld.com/itemdetails.cf...gId=39&id=4226

Still wondering how much you wanted to spend? What size?

um preferably anywhere under 1000, but if its a really nice bike ill try to go over 1000. i know its gonna be hard to find a good dh bike under 1000, but thats all i can afford

Just buy yourself a decent fork and find a frame when it comes along. As for the 7 point I got a killer deal on mine and it will keep up with pretty much anything downhill you can really get a better FR or Dh frame. On another note anyone ever see yakuza kumcho's around looks like an awsome songle pivot 8" bike
