We got our first production run of DH bikes in. I am looking to offer a few grassroots sponsorships to a few locals in DH and 4x (XCLs). I have frames and complete bikes. Complete bikes would come spec'ed like the one in the pic below. I also have more mid-range kits that would offer something along the lines of a Boxxer Team and Juicy 7s.

I'd be all over a sponsorship if you were looking for a slow XC rider doing the beginner races.

What does grassroots entail, free frame, money off a complete bike, free gear? Just curious what exactly is involved.
