So, I went hiking with the family(myself, my wife, and little girl) today. We went out to Big Laguna Meadow and went around the lake and just spent time together enjoying the beautiful scenery and conditions. This was also a chance to be on the other side of the hiker/biker fence and I have to say that everyone we met(both bikers and other hikers) were all extremely nice. Not much else to say, me and the family had a great time and my daughter loved it. FYI: We did a total of about 9-10 miles and my daughter was on my back in the child carrier back pack most of that time and it worked great. It was nice to see the area at a slower pace. Later.

I do alot of hiking myself and it is kind of fun seeing things at a slower pace, the downhill sections are just not as fun

Props to getting the family out with you and knocking off almost 10 miles, thats no small task!

Yep my family loved to hike there as well. I can't hoarde all the cool stuff to myself. When i find something for all of us we do it together.
