Unbelievable. Any woman (or man) who can complete an ironman and especially overcome the hardships she has is an amazing person. Huge congratulations to her and to you for helping her turn it around. I know she's gonna rock that race!

Wow. She rocks. One of my clients was a marathon runner until the day she was hit by a car and had one leg torn from her body. I will pass this story on to her.
And tell your woman congrats on kicking alcohol in the arse and also doing Tri's with such a big reason to not.

The cups above are full of frosty cold Coke. Thanks to watching my dad and bro go thru alcohol problems, i've never touched the stuff.
