warning on those saddles if you ever have numbness issues. I rode mine forever and just assumed that I was never going to be able to get rid of the numbness. I just switched to a wtb shadow v last week and my bits thanked after one ride.

They're cool looking saddles and reasonably light, but I don't think they're for everyone.

too bad one of few other saddles you can get is a boat anchor brooks.

I love the GF hardtails. My son has one that he has now outgrown and is a little on the small side even for me, but I love the way it climbs.

Very nice J. Congrats on the a very nice looking rig. Glad your were able to get a good ride in before posting your review. Glad you finally decided to get some pedals. It will make a difference, trust me. We'll have to get a ride in soon. I haven't made that jump yet to 29er. One bike at a time. I've been wanting to build a "bigger" bike first, so maybe after that one is done, I'll consider it. Congrats again.

Thanks man I appreciate it! The bike has been treating me great so far. I may spin on it tomorrow if the weather is nice in the afternoon. If youre around lemme know.

What do you think now..... fun aren't they!

Suggestion, you might look at Mary bars for it... they seem to fit the SS really well (good hand position for climbing) I have an extra one if you want to try them...

that's next on my list...i was waiting for Neil to discard with his but i understand that they're not oversized bars so you have to get the normal stem
