Santa Ana River Trail Ride - Day Before X-Mas
Mtnbikerfred, Bailey, Julia and myself rode the Santa Ana River trail the day before Christmas.
We started in Anaheim on Lincoln rode to Santa Ana. This was my first road ride and now I am more familiar with road riders. I'll be staying a struggling mountain biker. We road to the Santa Ana Golf Course and then cut to road ride. Road up to Main Place in SA road thru Santiago Park and up thru Orange back up to Anaheim. This is a great ride about 12+ miles. I have more pictures to show but here's one of Fred at Santiago Park. I'll post more later. -Elvia

The river bed can be fun. I'm sure the girls might enjoy riding to the beach, you can start closer if you don't to do all the miles. No traffic if you stay on the river bed. And it's good cross training but doing it on a mountain bike is brutal.
