So I called my doctor today...
...and asked him if he thought it would be OK for me to hit the trails again. Which would be 10 days early.
I told him that the headache went away last week and that the neck isn't sore anymore and that I feel great--which is all true, no fibbin'. He told me that as long as I feel comfortable with it and I am feeling that much better then it was OK by him. He did ask me if I was being truthful or was I making it sound better than it really was. I told him that I was being honest--and I was. I have been feeling really good for the last week. So, I'm all legit by the doc and as of today--I'M BACK!!!!!

Still on a 'time out'. See the doc. again on Wednesday the 19th for more x-rays. Feels pretty good except for the cold Morro Bay weather. Makes my shoulder feel like it's 90 yrs. old. Looking forward to your ride report!

I was really expecting it to say; I called the Doctor and the Doctor said "NO MORE MONKEYS JUMPING ON THE BED!"
