ST Angel, remember to save it for the 2009 STR calendar. Keep up the good work everyone. Impressive indeed. It takes a lot guts to decide to make changes and a lot heart to work towards that goal. Keep on trucking.

Congratulations to those that participated in this. More importantly, that made a choice for a healthier lifestyle that will last longer than a contest. I'm truly impressed with everyone's efforts.

great job guys, i forgot to weigh myself but my pants fit a lot looser than before and i actually have to use a belt these days. i don't think i lost a lot of weight, but the combo of diet and riding more has definately helped out.

I just realized that i made a math error.
Pugz did not lose 14.77%; it was actually 12.87%. That means he edged ohyeah89 by a slim 0.34%. Fortunately, it doesn't change the placings at all, but MAN that was a close race.

HOLY CRAP! That's a difference of 0.6 lbs! If only I had rode up the fireroad last night a couple more times... LOL!
In all seriousness, I am happy for you Pugz! I am sure your wife and son are so proud of you, your health is the BEST birthday present you could give them! ![]() If anyone (in this challenge or not) wants continued support and accountability to help us maintain a healthy lifestyle I would be totally down for that, just let me know =) ![]() |
