Not all battles are worth fighting. As a employee you probibly are an "at will employee" they don't need reasons to fire you. The bigger question is do you want to work there? Say you did win this battle, you still have a tool for a boss.

If I wanted my job I would buy a beater lock it outside and move on.

Document everything that's not legal and you feel as harassment. But looking for another job first is a good idea as even if you win it would be rather uncomfortable to work there.

Now that this thread came back alive what happened to your work situation?

When I ride to class I bring my bike inside the room if there is enough room for it. Professor's can F off if they dont like it

ya i bring my bike inside my edit bay with me. i have had people say something about how i should get it out of here, then i tell them to F off
