Been awhile, so figure it’s time to drag this idea out again. With Christmas looming, maybe it’ll stick this time.

Hey! Looking for a little something for that special someone’s stocking? Need to make room in the garage for all the new toys you’ll soon find under the tree? Out of gift ideas and getting desperate? No? Well how about this: Need Cash?? Thought so.

Well then, come on out to the Fullerton Courthouse for the 2nd Sorta-Semi-Annual STR Swap Meet!

Selling? Perfect! Grab all those parts/frames/accessories you’ve been hoarding (face it--you’re never going to build that retro-recumbent-full squish-single speed anyway!), blow the dust off ‘em, and drag the whole lot over! Looking to buy? Great! There’s sure to be something for everybody. We can meet up in the morning, make some deals, drink some coffee, then head out for a leisurely loop…perhaps even on a new-to-you saddlewheelsetframe! It could happen, but only if you show!

O.K., I've hyped it--the rest is up to you!

When? Ah, that’s the question. We already know no date is going to work for everyone, so best try to come up with one that works for most, and stick with it--don’t want to get bogged down in endless debate and never have the thing happen. I will suggest it be on a Sunday, though, as there is often traffic school held on Saturdays and the place can be an absolute zoo then (just checked the ride calendar, and currently Sunday, 12/16 is wide open

).

Thoughts? Suggestions? Let’s have ‘em, and make this happen!

With everyone that will be at the SD/Sladnas ride, why not bring out your old parts as well? I know I'm trading tires w/Justin. I'm sure it could work for most.

I'm in. I've got too much stuff. I'll even sell the coolest paper weight ever. An original Halson inverted fork with a coil conversion. still works.
