Default Halo Headbands = Good Customer Service

Halo headbands are awesome. They channel the sweat so it no longer runs in my eyes.

I've had issues with the special rubber band becoming hard & cracking so this weekend I decided to write Customer Service.

They told me they have a 1 year warranty, and asked for proof of purchase. Today I received a brand new headband in the mail.

So...Kudos to Halo for standing by their products. And if anyone else is having issues with the headband, know you can have it replaced under warranty.

BTW, they said the proper maintenance was to wash with water & hang to dry.

Under Armour makes a skullcap that has the top cut out for ventilation, it works just as well. Bought mine at Sports Authority.

Not putting them in the dryer is the key. I learned this the hard way. My wife just throws them in the washer with the rest of the load and air dries them now. They'll last forever this way.

I do that too, and maybe twice a year I actually need to go to look for a receipt but of course can never find it!

Speaking of Halo, I just recieved a post card from them giving me 15% off my next order.

I ordered the anti-freeze one to keep the ears warm on these cold Arizona days. 60degrees!!

HA HA! *bows head in shame*
Dad is an accountant.
Every receipt is grouped in an envelope marked with the month & filed.

Saved me $14 so far this year.

By "wash" they mean thrown in a sweaty pile on the floor of your car until the next ride, right??

I was trying to figure out what they meant by drying out? Mine are always cold and damp from the last ride and i only ride a couple times a week.
