Anderson Truck Trail?????

Do any of you San Diego riders know whats up with Anderson Truck trail? Its been a few years since I've ridden the trail and I was curious about its ride status. Last time I rode the trail it was having private property issues. I have been absent from riding for a few years (kids) but I am back and this was always one of my favorite rides, I'd like to get back to it. Thanks for any info...I don't want the new bike confiscated. This was the sheriffs threat last time I rode the trail.

I believe the truck trail itself may be open to the public, but there is some kind of reroute and a wall built up as well? Once you get near the top it is Indian land and you will be trespassing, as far as I know.
