Default Huckers, shuttlers, freeriders?
I thought "freeriders" was funny but "Shutlers" is awsome. I dont even know what a hucker is.
In my mtb days, "Fred" just about covered them all.

I love the continuing name calling and splintering of the mountain bike culture.
I am a free xc dh 29er geared ss tandem nonracing racer leg shaving hairy belly wine sipping beer guzzling fat tire road kill survivalist with baggy lycra one foot clipped in on platforms on a unicycle.

hahaha, Gnice!!! I call myself a mtbiker that dabbles in everything (except rigid SS, that's just plain wierd/weird (?)) but you can call me a fred, too.

and to add insult to injury, i thought a "fred" was someone who had all the gear and none of the skillz.......or a fred was a newbie.....and sometimes confused as a "wallmart warrior".

(no offense intended to the Fred posting in this thread...)

my head hurts. why cant we just be mountain bikers?

Excuse me!!!! I have an XC and a AM bike, and I pedal uphill, so I BEG YOUR PARDON!!!!! What I am is a well rounded old school MTBer (cause I don't have an SS or a 29er). But I do have an HT!!!

I am simply confused But I am having the time of my life doing whatever kind of rideing I am doing on whatever given day we are talkin about...

Latley though I have been leaning toward a bad case of ShuttleMonkeysideous the most noticable symptom is a big smile and very little blood n the adrenaline stream...

the love right here in the form of a full size shuttle truck with extra bike rack on the back complete with a full tank of gas.
