Default I need help with this picture...

Is this a Caltrans work crew digging a hole or STR at bootleg fixing a flat?

Hey! Looks like the guys who were standing on the railroad tracks watching a bucket loader trying to cross the road but doing nothing for traffic control!

Tension was high and the shuttle was leaving if you got your finger stuck between Justin and that rear wheel chances were good you would never see it again... Better watched from a distance
