F4 weighs 37 With heavy Forged Race face 5 bolt spider 4 taper cranks and floating brakes without pedals.
The lite parts are the Ti spring and the frame with the Ti road cog set. ![]() Socom weighs 39 with almost all lite parts without pedals. ![]() Evo with Fox van and DHX coil Weighs 35 lbs W/DT Swiss DH/FR rims. nothing light. ![]() |

37lbs. is damn light for a DH rig... hope to get my downhill bike to that weight range... any pics?

38 pounds.
Heavy parts that I hope to replace are the steel DHX spring, and Saint cranks. I think that I could shed maybe onother pound on these two items. This weight includes dh tires. There are some light parts on there like Formula Ouro Puro brakes, and a Syncros Bulk carbon bar. The Hope hubs on 5.1 D rims help. Our Ultimate digital scale seems to be pretty harsh. All of the "26 pound" bikes that customers bring in seem to weigh 28 pounds. |

My DH Bike (an IH MKIII) began life as a 28lb. rig- now weighs 31lbs.

We never weighed my bike. But, it's probably around 41lbs. I definitely need a lighter wheelset and crankset. Brian - gonna respond to your email now!
