I actually got a free chainring bolt from them today. The bubb was gonna charge me a dollar, but when I said I had to go get change out of my car he said....."hurry, put it in your pocket."

A while back I had them replace something on one of my brakes because i'm a tard and stripped it. They were waiting on the part from Hayes, so it wasnt their fault that it took almost two weeks. A couple of the bubbs there are avid mt. bikers and one of the wrenches is a die hard s/s'er...he was cool and answered all my s/s questions when i had purple haze.

So far my experience there hasn't been too bad, but then again, I haven't had anything major I needed to buy or get repaired there. Prices kinda suck though.

quick little rant. went jax in lb today to pick up some washers for my brake caliper bolts and i thought it would be a no brainer, but to my surprise they didnt have any. the dudes wrenching were apologetic and suggested i check out ace hardware down the street. so i boogied down there and got what i needed.

I wouldn't go here if you need anything repaired. My younger brother broke the chain on his bike and took it there to be fixed. It was only his third ride and he didn't know how to fix it. I wasn't in the area so he went there and bought a chain. He asked if they could put in on for him. They told him they could but they were backed up so it would be three weeks before he got his bike back. Pretty crazy when it would of taken them 5 minutes to fix it.
