awesome service. drake picked up my fork and knew i was going to mammoth this weekend and got my fork back to me next day and delivered it. he even spent some time to give me tips on setting it up. the dude knows his stuff and his rates are great. highly recommended.

Default highly recommended

Drake does excellent work and has amazing turn-around time. I recently had my lowers painted and had some issues with leakage into the upper bushings. Called about 7 local bike shops and not a single one had the tools to pull and replace bushings. I mailed the fork to Drake and he had it done extremely quick and at very reasonable pricing. He responds to emails quickly and is happy to provide tuning or setup advice. He is very knowledgeable and has many years of experience with suspension tuning. I highly recommend Drake for any suspension work and will gladly send him further work.

Just finished a weekend trip at Mammoth and Rock Creek. The fork performed even better than before. Goes to show you what some expert tuning and fresh oil can get you.

I've known Drake for 6 years or more now and he's done a heck of a good job on all my forks. I miss him not living just around the corner from me now because obviously it was super easy dropping off my bike to get it worked on.

But I need to give a caution, he's a talkative guy so your 5 minute drop off may stretch into 45 minutes. (ask my wife-"it'll only be a few minutes honey, I'll be in and out" Yea, right)

Also as an FYI, Drake trained Sam Hill's personal mechanic before he was Sam Hill's mech. (The same guy who used to work on my bikes before Drake did. Yea, that's right, Sam's mechanic was mine before Sam lured him away with fame, travel and chicks.)

That story is totally true. Funny how time flies. I remember when I met Sam and he was a little nobody, way back in the day like 1999-2000 i believe. I had no idea who he was but went riding with him and Brent Acktinson and will never do it again. He was way fast then, I can only imagine now.

Dude you have no idea, unless from personal experience. The guy was nutz years ago, anyhow, imagine flying down your local trail at speeds you can barely keep a line, all is well then an off camber righthand turns comes to a huge steep descent then a step up over a rock pile. Well I did it only to find him next to me whipping it sideways and passing me as he is landing in full pedal stroke. He was going into the kicker as I was still on it, all I hear is chain slap then a whizzing look next to me and like whoa. The dude gots mad style.

Default Drake Thomas/Isotuned Suspension

I have been needing a rebuild on a few suspension components for awhile now and was thinking of sending them to PUSH. Well, I noticed that STR has a tuning guru as one of its members(Drakethomas). Drake owns and operates ISOTUNED suspension, and I figured since he is close I'd see what he has to offer. In dealing with Drake, I have been thoroughly impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and all around cool attitude...plus he can do anything on the bike not just suspension components, and he charges less than other companies. Anyway, if anybody needs work done, I HIGHLY suggest taking it to be "ISOTUNED". Hit the guy up!
