Thumbs up CycleWerks - Costa Mesa

Today, they put a big smile on my face. Many thanks to Joe, the guru mechanic for fixing the never ending EBB creak/pop of my GF Rig. Now it feels like butter, so smooth when cranking on the pedal out of saddle (my 2nd gear).

I've been to other GF/Trek shops, but none of them showed much confidence/knowledge of the work to be done. Also, I was assured of his work if the problem returns again.

So, once again thanks Joe for pimping my ride! I highly recommend their work for local folks nearby.

They could make a living just fixing the creaking sounds from GF Rig EBBs. I know a few others that need to visit them.

A little Anti-Seize in the BB shell and some TLC about every 25-30 hours of riding or so and your golden. I've got well over a 1,000 miles on my Rig and haven't heard a peep from the BB in a year or so.

Haven't been into CW, but they sound like a good group.

Default CW Costa Mesa!!

I must say that Joey, Jeff and the gang over at Cycle werks are cool people who ride hard and know their product. I say this as a fellow member of the industry, a Bike Co. employee. These guys are definately cool, good mechanics and know high end product. They ride it, (custom MTB's) as well.

I recently bought a bike at Cyclewerks CM. I had excellent dealings with their entire crew every time I went in. After spending time at a number of local Trek dealers, these guys were an easy choice. They gave me a great price, and provided excellent service. Very friendly, and really know their product. Highly recommended!!!
