I bought a Camelbak from them a few months back. They did a price match that I found on another website, but that site didn't have the color I wanted in stock so I got it from Beyond Bikes.
That's my limited experience dealing with Beyond Bikes, but it was a positive one none the less. I'm sure there are people on here that have actually been into the store in SD that can provide more details. |

I have not tried their service, everyone I know takes their stuff to www.calcoastbicycles.com & has nothing but good things to say.
Greg & Alex in the service dept. will take care of you.

I paid a visit on 6/25. Pretty large shop, plenty of eye candy, and if your wallet is deep you can bring some of that eye candy home (for your bike that is). However, the 20-25mins I was there browsing, nobody asked me how I was doing or what they can help me with. To be fair, the two floor sales folks were busy and the rest were in offices fielding calls generated by their website. I walked out empty handed.

I have bought a lot of stuff from them when they have had good sales and free shipping. The one time they had an inventory problem on a prior year part I ordered, they gave me the current part for the same price.
Their airbomb.com store is great for small odd parts. I still prefer Jensons. If I order before 4:00 it will somtimes be on my porch when I get home the next day. That with regular shipping. |

As I mentioned in a recent post, I have ordered online several times over the years from Beyond Bikes and have had a mixed bag of experiences. My biggest concern was that the last two purchases, which were several months apart, were followed by fraudulant activity on my credit card. I'm not saying this was because of Beyond Bikes but it was a pretty big coincidence
