It happens, I've found no bike shop is all perfect, it's a business and they are people too. I drive by two LBS's to get to the path because they've taken care of me in the past. All you can do is give them a fair shot to provide you service, and then fix it if it's not right. If it doesn't work, try your next LBS, if you get better service there, give them your business. Good Luck!

Not egging anybody on........just the way it seems to work around here. Everyone is happy when you have a good experience......but once someone isn't happy, everybody jumps on them saying that it can't be true. I have been around here long enough to see it......heck you can read through the 22 pages in this thread and see. Wow....being broken is giving me way too much free time. I need to heal and get back on my bike. Cheers and happy trails. ![]() |

Startin' to groove again!

Just giving a few props the the folks at ThePath. I needed a few items, they were able to get them for me as they had most of the items in stock which most shops do not and what they did not have arrived in enough time so I can fix the bike for tomorrows race.

Praying for no OTB!!

I ill drive out of my out of my way to take my bike to The Path rather than deal with Performance, Rock N Road, Ladera or even The Bike Co., The service, knowledge and overall friendliness of the shop is incredible IMO.

Thanks for Tani and Brian for helping me getting into my new '10 Stumpy fsr 29 comp last week. Their suggestions and recommendation proved positively awesome during this past weekends shakedown on the Goat Trail in Palm Springs. Also thanks to Raul in helping me setup the bike before the trip. Pz!
This replaces the '08 Stumpy HT 29 comp I got from them last year. This climbs like a fookin goat uphill and xc handling is sharp ![]()
