I just wanted everyone to know what a great experience I had with Jenson, especially Pahia in dealing with this Gopro Helmet Cam problem.
My wife bought me the helmet cam for Xmas after canceling our overdue back ordered VholdR Camera. After I opened the box yesterday the GoPro was unresponsive and we could not make it work. She had to drive back to Corona today and got it exchanged with everyone's help in the shop. Pakiha sent me a coupon for 15 dollars at Jenson for our troubles along with a nice sympathetic email. I must say, thats great service, very impressive. Thanks for caring, you got yourself a customer for a long time Pakiha! ![]() ![]() ![]()

Gotta give props to Jenson.I've had nothing but positive experiences. Lightning fast shipping and super customer service at the Corona store make them number#1 in my book.

I had three great experiences at Jenson Corona yesterday. They have become my LBS, so it didn't really surprise me.
1) I went in with a dragging front rotor on my new Strokers. Luis put it up on the stand and immediately noticed that I (stupidly) used the Avid adapter from my BB7s to mount my Hayes caliper. An $8 part saved me the service cost. He could have had me leave the bike and charged me whatever to diagnose the problem and fix it, but he pointed out the problem and told me that if I installed the brakes myself, changing adapters would be no problem and not worth spending on service. He was right. 2) In the same visit I was telling Luis I was thinking about getting larger pedals because my feet have been getting sore in one spot. I was all ready to buy new pedals when Luis recommended moving my SPD cleat back towards my heel to see if that helps takes the pressure off of the sore spot. He said this often solves the problem. He could have easily sold me a new set of pedals, but instead gave good advice. 3) I needed a new cyclocomputer. I asked Luis if he could price match it to Price Point but it turned out I had the wrong product. He found a price match himself at another site and saved me $5. He didn't have to do this, but it is part of great customer service.
