Keep sentences to less then 6 words and no post longer then 100 words. No words longer then 8 characters and no using words that your neighbors 8 year-old son can't pronounce or spell. You're encouraged to use words like "totally", "rad", "fer sure", "fockin-A!", "gnarly", "Budweiser", "I got 8 inches in the rear", "I was totally DH'ing" and "XC guys are so ghey".

I'm sure there's a ton more but that should get your smelly feet wet.

I have no idea, Lee. I never selected "BMX" as a prefix but somehow, it went under the BMX prefix. Must be a new forum bug.
